Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1-7 working days of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been shipped (if physical), it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations or defective products/services.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

In case of payment failure but amount deducted, the refund will be automatically initiated by your payment provider (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
