Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1-7 working days of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped (if physical), it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@gitopscentral.in with your Order ID.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations or defective products/services.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • In case of payment failure but amount deducted, the refund will be automatically initiated by your payment provider (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@gitopscentral.in for assistance.
